Responsibilities
- Lead capability development at multiple sites, focusing on one or more product families.
- Works closely with the Plant Managers and Site Manager to support the development and implementation of the improvement strategy.
- Lead the process to collaborate with the Business Units and other functional departments to generate and maintain a multiyear portfolio of plant related operational cost saving projects based on Zero Loss to meet plant objectives.
- Responsible for supporting the development of a strategic plan for continuous improvement
Skills /requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, Lean and Six Sigma business systems. Six sigma black belt certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience / leadership experience in a plant
